The Naked Baker: Snickerdoodles

It's time to bake! Join me in the kitchen as I whip up a batch of fresh snickerdoodle cookies. In my kitchen at home, I prefer to bake in just my apron, with nothing else, because I tend to get a bit messy.
I crack a few eggs and jokes as I go about my mixing, stirring, pouring, rolling, and baking. Wearing only my apron makes it easier to move around the kitchen and work quickly. Plus, once the oven is preheated during my mixing, it gets really HOT! I'm naked under my apron, but whew, am I warm! The cookiedough will have to go into the fridge to be chilled in between baking so the dough doesn't get too hot from the oven.
Mmmmm! Smells lovely! Hot freshly baked snickerdoodles fill the entire kitchen with wonderful, delightfully appetizing aromas as I nibble on a cookie while peaking in on the next batching rising in the oven. Some of these cookies will be packed up special for shipping out to fans, but I steal three to snack and nibble on while watching the timer. What?! You didn't expect me to bake delicious cookies and not taste them,did you? Of course not! They're far too yummy! I'll have to pack the cookies to be mailed fast after they cool because they smell so good!
