Today I want to inform you of your medical diagnosis, you have a micro penis. You probably already knew that though. Now this is not your fault, it’s just bad genetics. Now I want to review some questions with you as this will determine next steps for your treatment. I should not that I have recommended surgical and other treatments to men that have come in my office, but I must say, your penis is the tiniest, most underdeveloped penis I’ve ever seen. There isn’t enough tissue to work with so sadly, the only treatment I would be able to recommend you for is counseling. Please be sure to be honest with your answers.
