Patient #369 has been with the Mesmerotic Clinic for a while. In their 6 months, 22 days of admittance, they've been showing great improvement, but they still have many treatments to go before they'll be considered for release. Today, it's their throat health that's under review. When the medical staff reach them, they're securely held in their straitjacket, leg splints and tongue depressor. After some basic body checks, the Doctor finds the patient to be docile and calm enough for the gag to be removed.

Gloved hands make the initial assessments of #369's oral health. Capacity is good, but the depth leaves a lot to be desired, and a full hypnotic treatment for depth tolerance improvement is recommended to help make the patient better. As the patient sits with their mouth hanging open, drooling and compliant, the Doctor begins the course of treatment with the addition of a mouth vice to hold #369 wide open.

The patient is then moved to the medical bed, where their pre-hypnosis depth capacities are further tested with the use of a flexible inspection probe and the Nurse records the results.
They progress to the mental restructuring, using a simple procedure to help the patient open more deeply to the Doctor's orders: to accept their treatment more fully in order to get better.
With their throat adjusted and their mind changed, #369 is reassessed, this time taking the probe far deeper. Eyes watering, drool spilling from their mouth, #369 repeatedly demonstrates a great improvement their depth capacity.

The Mesmerotic staff remark that, at this rate, #369 might be ready for reacquisition in as soon as 6 months! Of course, they won't rush the process: the patient will stay with them for as long as it takes them to get better...
