Nobody knows your body better than you, so it's really important to notice any unusual changes! Some changes, like nipple erection or lactation are good, but some, like lumps or pain, are terrible. You should check your breasts, and those of your loved ones every day! The more you check breasts, the better!

The final self examination is genitals. There's so much going on that it changes day to day, sometimes even hour to hour! Rose pulls on nitrile gloves and applies lubricant so she can properly demonstrate how quickly a vagina can change. During the exam, the doctor enters and operates the speculum so you can really see what it looks like down there. Rose flexes and squeezes, even fluttering her walls and letting moistness seep out.
