My target is working out on my abs and make lean and fatless muscles through on my body. So I wear a tight greenish yoga pants with matching sports top on and I wouldn't skip the teasing part at the beginning which includes show off body parts from head to toes, shaking yoga pants ass and stretching my long legs. ARE YOU READY? Start with some light warm up although already hot in the room :D My best friend will be today the dumbbells and my endurance. Trust me will need both :D Lower body workout lot of various lunges and squats workout holding the dumbbells in hands to make it more intense by the weights of. I don't skip any of exercises which my team does but I also take my breaking time to dance and present you how quick I get sweaty. Lot of squat like sumo squat, squat with legs up, squat standing and so on. Lower body part is the second hardest part which could be fictile easily though then abs. I do work so hard you able to see and my reward what's my sweaty body doesn't wait itself so much. I feel my legs burns, my muscles are on fire all over in the video and once workout has done I realize how fantastic it was. After cool down keep teasing you by dripping sweat body, just look at my wet yoga pants there's the real proof and when I show off my bare ass nicely appear my sweet sweat drops. Dripping SWEAT Standing Core WORKOUT DAY2 by MissAnja It's another day and another workout. Isolations workout challenge DAY 2. Yesterday I had an amazingly tough Lower body legs workout today I going to do Core Standing. I will need dumbbells and for my endurance. These exercises almost all pretty new in my workout sessions but trust me I will swimming in sweat to the end. I don't do any cardio exercises focusing hardly on cores all over. I wear one of my face tight greyish purple yoga pants without panty on. Bend over and warm up you by amazing ass view. Quick abs, armpits flashing and let's start the warm up by my part :D Different kind of routine and I put my focus only on them. Balance, core exercises on upper body, arms, chest, legs lifting and so on. I also do work on my waist and hips area. Music in the background is great made me dance so many times. While I work hard on my shape pretty quick getting sweaty. And I emphasize I don't do cardio this time. Simply tough and standing cores workout. I love how quickly got shiny of sweat my body. Lot of motivational movements what will make you sweaty in your pants :) This video all about encouragement, hard work, focus, and the target what's levitate front of my eyes. I don't skip the time to seduce you with all over sweaty body, tell you several times how hot I am and you also clearly able to see the sweaty spots out on my yoga pants. After cool down or I would say instead :D I dance with top pull up pants down and my shiny toned and even more sweaty body definitely drive you crazy :P I shake my ass, present my asshole, pussy before I will continue with an topless plank session. What do you think? Will you join to me? :P DAY 2 Have completed and it was such another amazing workout. I can't wait for the DAY 3. :)
