As doctor of the black mask (James "Frelling" Darke) reviews the patient chart of Mr. Johnson, he just really cannot believe that nurse Betty made such a serious medical error. The error almost cost the patient his life. Still, she seems nonchalant about the matter.

This all seems a bit too odd to the doctor. So, later, when he is all alone, he does his own background, due diligence check on her. Suspecting he may be up to something, Nurse Betty spies on the doctor and can clearly see he is looking into her background. Knowing full well that he will uncover that she is NOT a real nurse, she takes matters into her own hands and poisons his water. He catches her in the act and proceeds to punish her by the **** of intense, mind-fraking tickling.

He hogties Nurse Betty and tickles the madness into her. The tickling gets so bad that she's worried that she will have a mental breakdown. The doctor understands this to mean that he must continue driving her insane as he searches for the truth.
