Detective Katana is investigating a villain that's been terrorizing the city with her experiments. When the detective confronts Dr. Dahlia, she finds herself under the villain's control. Dr. Dahlia has been working on a new project, and needs a new test subject. Katana falls into a pit of mind melting slime, playing with herself and letting her thoughts wash away. Dr. Dahlia's experiment has worked better than she expected, and decides that Katana is going to be her new Slime Girl Slave.
