I sit down in the bath, untie my hair and lean back. Slowly watch my long hair get wet as it floats around in the water. I then shampoo it, rubbing it in thoroughly before dunking my hair in the water again. Then condition and one last time dunk it under, rubbing it, letting it float around before rinsing it with the hose.
