I wake up and feel something pushing in my nose. It seems to me that something is moving inside me. First, I try to stick my fingers in my nose to see if there's anything. After a while I hear a faint voice. Now I know there's someone inside. I use an endoscopic camera, looking into my nostrils, mouth and ears. I find there is a lot of dirt. I have to get you out. I try it with my finger and feel your little head. I can finally get you out of those deep nostrils
