Guided Relaxation Session

Rosie is a practicing natural healer who helps with stress and you've been seeing her for a few sessions. When you leave the office after sessions, you have a hard time implementing the techniques once you're immersed back into your high stress lifestyle. Rosie says that while you are in her office, she is going to help you relax by any means necessary.
