This is the 6th part in a series I started years ago on c4s. It's been a long time since I felt up to making a Fat Talk Journal for you guys. In this one I do a couple dabs as I talk about why it's been a long time and my feelings about weight loss and regaining. It's been a long journey and I'm happy to finally fill my belly fans in on what's been going on with my tum tum.
