I've put on so much weight since the holiday season and now that we are well into 2020 its time for me to get serious. Im sweaty in my workout clothes (sports bra tank top and tight yoga pants to be more specific) my hair is still damp and im complaining about how my knees hurt and my stomach is so much fatter than it was before Thanksgiving. I hop on the scale and weigh in.. complain about the number then realize I didnt get naked...Maybe all these clothes off will help the scale go down????? Much to my dismay it really makes no difference.. So I make a promise to myself that Im going to work on myself.. 2020 is my year.. the divorce is over and Im ready to focus on me.
