Victoria's mailman has developed a little crush on her and has made a habit of hand delivering all of her mail to her. The only trouble is, this seems to annoy Victoria more than charm her. Frustrated with her lack of gratitude, her mailman has acquired a time altering watch that he plans to use on poor Victoria. When he stops time on the watch, it also stops Victoria, leaving her completely unaware of what is happening to her while she is frozen. He places her in different positions and even a different outfit, just to see how much he can get away with while she's in this vulnerable state. He takes pleasure in watching her try and work through her confusion every time she is unfrozen and brought back to real time.
