Tor is tired of her inconsiderate neighbor taking her parking space. She stops by to bitch at him again, but this time he gladly invites her in because he wants to try out his new toy on her - a magic stopwatch that can freeze her right in her tracks. When he stops time on the watch, it also stops Tor, leaving her completely unaware of what is happening to her while she is frozen. He takes pleasure in watching her try and work through her frustration every time she is unfrozen and brought back to real time.
