Makenna's next door neighbor has been watching her for a while now, fantasizing about what it would be like to spend a little time with her. Not being a conversationalist, he feels like his safest bet is to use his time altering stop watch to freeze Makenna right in her tracks. When he stops time on the watch, it also stops Makenna, leaving her completely unaware of what is happening to her while she is frozen. He brings her inside his apartment and takes pleasure in watching her try and work through her confusion every time she is unfrozen and brought back to real time.
